Vegetable Crops

This garden has the purpose of providing a well balanced array of vegetable crops. Not just a bunch of cabbage and some broccoli, but as many different items as can be grown in the Tualitin Valley. Growing these vegetables will provide an educational opportunity for everyone at all levels to understand food, and growing seed for the next years crop.

Onion, Garlic, Chives

Cabbage, Boccoli, Cauliflower, Kale, Collards, Brussel Sprouts.

Spinich, Beats, Swiss Chard

Artichoke, Sunflower, Lettuce, Jerusalem Artichoke

Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Honeydew, Cucumbers, Squash( buttercup, hubbard, turban, butternut, cheese, acorn, crookneck, scallop, zucchini) etc.

Beans & Peas

Sweet Peppers, Chili Peppers, Tomatos, Tomatillo, Eggplant, Potato.

Dill, Celery, Turnip, Parsnip, Carrot

Corn

Basil
